Greetings!

Welcome to Elvanto, our new church membership management system. This online system provides us with the ability to track giving, attendance, and service like never before plus it provides us with a platform to greatly improve our communications to the membership... especially when there is a need to get critical information to you quickly and efficiently via text or email.  

Phase one of this implementation involved porting the information in our old database to Elvanto and verifying the information with our records. Phase two will involve inviting regular members to activate accounts that will allow you to view your giving records, track when and where you are volunteering to serve, and choose what information that you wish to share in the members only access online directory, among other things. Please note that as of this date, we are updating the giving records for 2019 so that information may not be totally updated for you at this time.

I am excited about the potential opportunities that this new system provides for us as a congregation here in Rossville. Thank you for being part of this community!
